Welcome to Midlife Nourished.

For nearly two decades, my work has centered around coaching, health and well-being, and helping people create meaningful change in how they live.

Midlife has brought a particular question into focus for me:

What does
Maybe nothing is dramatically wrong.

Life may even look quite good from the outside.

And still, you can feel that something is asking for your attention.

Your energy. Your body. Your priorities.

Your sense of what's meaningful now.

Perhaps you'
There are different moments when support can be useful.

Sometimes you need one focused conversation to see what's happening more clearly.

Sometimes you recognize that something larger needs to shift.

And sometimes what you need is an ongoing pract
We tend to imagine well-being as a destination.

The point when we're finally exercising consistently, eating well, sleeping better, feeling less stressed—or somehow doing life "right."

I think about it differently.

A nourished life
One of the ideas at the heart of Midlife Nourished is that our well-being doesn't exist separately from the rest of our lives.

To say the thing out
There isn't a prescribed formula for the coaching I do.

The work is shaped by you and what you're working with.

Sometimes we need to pull back and look at the larger landscape. Sometimes we need to get very practical. And sometimes it’s usefu
You feel more grounded.

You have more energy and capacity.

You feel more connected to yourself.

You become more aware of what you need.

You feel more connected to your own inner guidance.

You begin making choices that reflect what matters to you
There can be a lot of conversation about “reinventing yourself” in midlife.

And sometimes reinvention is exactly what someone wants.

But I'm interested in something broader.
In paying attention to what supports your well-being now.

In
Your well-being doesn't have to wait until everything else is handled.

Until work settles down.

Until everyone else needs less from you.

Until you have more time.

Midlife has a way of making that increasingly clear.

Your well-being isn't separat
