Create space for your well-being.
Midlife can bring changes in your body, energy, sense of self, and the shape of everyday life. It can also bring a quiet sense that something new is ready to emerge.
Midlife Nourished offers three ways to work together: private coaching, the Creating Space group program, and retreats (TBA). Each offers a different way to step out of the momentum of daily life, listen inward, and realign with your well-being—creating a nourished foundation for your next chapter.
A nourished life isn’t found. It’s cultivated.

02 -The Compass Session
Clarity, perspective, and direction.
A focused private coaching experience for when you need space to step back, see things from a wider perspective, and get clear about where to focus. Together, we'll explore what's asking for your attention, what you want to shift, and the next steps that can begin moving you in that direction.
A more nourished life is cultivated over time.
A 3–6 month private coaching experience for women ready to give sustained attention to their well-being and how they want to live. Together, we'll explore what's working, what needs to shift, and what you want to cultivate—then turn what becomes clear into choices, practices, and changes that take shape in your everyday life.

About CREATING SPACE
Making well-being an intentional part of everyday life.
Creating Space is the signature Midlife Nourished group experience for women in midlife who want to give their own well-being a meaningful place in the full, changing lives they are living—and in the lives they still want to live.
This small-group coaching program gives you dedicated space to step out of the momentum of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and focus on your well-being.
Through coaching and practice, you'll gain clarity, identify your intentions and what needs to shift, and leave each gathering with clear actions to bring into your life. You won't have to figure it all out at once—or on your own. As you feel the effects of those shifts, you'll have space to notice, adjust, and follow what emerges.
Creating Space includes twice-monthly coaching circles, with simple practices and small actions to explore between gatherings and integrate into everyday life. An optional monthly gentle yoga class offers another opportunity to pause, reconnect, and tend to your well-being.
What coaching looks like
Reflective and practical.
Spacious and gently direct.
My role is to create the space for you to step outside the momentum of everyday life, see your life from a wider perspective, and find a meaningful way forward.
Together, we'll look at where you are, how you're feeling, how you're caring for yourself within the life you're living, and what you want for your well-being and the years ahead.
I'll listen, ask thoughtful questions, offer perspective, and gently challenge you when it's useful. Depending on what we're working with, I may also bring in reflection, mindfulness, somatic practices, breathwork, or simple practices to try in everyday life.
And we don't stop with insight. We translate what becomes clear into meaningful, realistic choices and changes that support how you want to feel and live.

Want to connect first?
If you have questions about working together or would like to talk before choosing an offering, you're welcome to schedule a brief conversation with me.
Sometimes it helps to simply meet, have a conversation, and get a feel for whether there’s a connection and working together feels right.
